The Ribble Weldtite & Le Col-Wahoo riders in action

Finn Crocket
The winner of the Rutland-Melton CiCLE Classic arrived at the games in sparkling form. A fact that was borne out by a superb podium in the men's road race. Having made it into the definitive break of the day, Finn powered home to clinch third place in the final sprint. Finn was given his first taste of international competition in the Time Trial three days previously, recording an impressive ride to 22nd overall.

Eluned King
Another of Le Col's young superstars, El has already enjoyed huge success this season. The current Welsh Crit Champion amassed 32 points in the intermediate sprints to secure her maiden major international medal. Never one to sit back on her laurels, El followed this up with another incredible performance to finish 8th in a road race that was dominated by the pre-race favourites from Australia.

Charlie Tanfield
Charlie Tanfield added another Silver medal to his already impressive medal haul gained at World, Commonwealth and National championships. His latest success came in the Team Pursuit at the Lee Valley Velodrome.

Lizzie Holden
You can say this for the Isle of Man; it does produce some of the UK's finest road racers. Another of whom just so happens to be Le Col-Wahoo's specialist climber. Lizzie rode incredibly to post the fifth fastest time in the time trial. She followed this up with a solid top-20 on a virtually pan flat road race course that was tailor-made for sprinters rather than climbers of Lizzies pedigree.

Red Walters
Back on UK shores after securing both the road race and time trial titles at the Grenada National Championships, red eared the prestigious honour of being the first athlete to represent Grenada in a road race at the games. Red took to the track before finishing in a group of pre-race favourites, eventually crossing the line 22nd in the road race.

Anna Christian
Former British Junior Road Race and U23 Time Trial Champion Anna Christian was scheduled to join compatriot Lizzie in the road race and time trial. Unfortunately, Anna's pre-race preparation was blighted by an ill-timed bout of illness. Only fit enough to make the start line of the road race, she rode bravely but was unable to finish.
The Bikes
To celebrate their selection to represent their parent nation, we have presented those who compete in the road race with a Special Edition CustomColour bike. This one-of-a-kind colour scheme consists of a Chrome Metallic paint overlaid with Blue Candy Chrome decals.
Ultra-Aero SL R

The bike of choice for Ribble Weldtite. Red Walters and Finn Crockett will both ride this games-inspired special edition version of the Ultra-Aero SL R. Incorporating watt-saving gains across all areas of the frameset, the Ultra-Aero SL R is designed to be the fastest aero road bike in the world. Every aspect of this pioneering aero bike is engineered to slice through the air with class-leading efficiency and scalpel-like precision.
Endurance SL R

Anna, Lizzie, and Eluned will each ride an identically painted Endurance SL R Disc. Built around a superlight sub 900g frame, with built-in aero tech, the Endurance SL R is one of the lightest and fastest packages that we offer. With its impeccable performance, versatility and multitude of wheel, component and finishing kit options, it lends itself to riders of all experiences and abilities.
