- Check chain, cassette, jockey wheels, chainrings for wear and replace if required
- Wheels checked for trueness, hubs disassembled, inspected, cleaned and reassembled

A Ribble Service OutPost is one of our approved workshops across the UK, providing trusted servicing and repairs for your Ribble bike. Each one meets Ribble’s standards for quality, transparency, and rider care.
Simply find your nearest OutPost using our online map above. Once selected, choose your preferred service, and book directly through the Bikebook platform. You’ll get a booking confirmation by email.
All services offered are listed above. From new bike checks, basic to full strip-down servicing, inspections, and e-bike battery replacements, every OutPost offers approved Ribble services with clear pricing upfront.
Visit the Warranty section in our Help Centre. Your OutPost will then carry out a full inspection and submit the findings to Ribble’s warranty team. Warranty assessments are free of charge.
